  • A unique feature of the Trust is to hold an annual get-together of staff of all institutions and Trust every year in order to have better relationship among the management and the staff. On such an important occasion, the staff who retired during the previous year are honoured and recognized for their ser.!ices to our institutions.

  • The Trust is having a Staff Benevolent Fund to help the staff in the case of accident, health hazard and death and this facility is provided to both teaching and nonteaching staff. Retirement benefit is also provided from this fund.

  • One child of each of the serving staff is provided free education in all our institutions.

  • All statutory benefits like public provident fund and other employment benefits are provided to our staff.

  • All statutory compliance are promptly made by the Trust.

  • The Trust has evolved its own Pay Scales called SET Pay Scales. The pay scales of the teaching and non-teaching staff have been revised keeping in view to encourage the staff members with attractive pay package.
